Morgan McDevitt

Morgan McDevitt possesses a diverse background in engineering and business, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering from Penn State University and a Master's in Business Administration from Villanova School of Business. Experience includes positions as a Lean Manufacturing Intern at EnerSys, a Project Management Intern, and an Inside Sales Intern at Brenntag, where skills in project coordination, sales support, and customer communication were honed. As part of the Management Development Program at Brooks Instrument, Morgan served in various roles including Production Supervisor, Quality Engineer, and Service & Repair Product Manager, leading teams and driving process improvements. Additionally, a role as a Quality Supervisor involved oversight of quality assurance and compliance with ISO standards. Academic involvement included serving as an academic tutor for student-athletes and participation in a senior capstone project with GlaxoSmithKline, focusing on computational fluid dynamics for viral inactivation processes.
