David Steer

David Steer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT governance, risk management, and internal auditing. Currently serving as the Head of Operational Governance at Brooks Macdonald since December 2018, David oversees the governance of operations and technology teams, focusing on frameworks such as COBIT, operational resilience, and incident governance.
