Berin B currently serves as the Sr. Footwear Design Lead for Inline + Innovation at Brooks Running, a position held since 2023. Previously, Berin gained diverse experience across several companies, including roles as Footwear Innovation Design Lead and Innovation Designer II within the FUTURE team at adidas from June 2021 to June 2023. An earlier internship in Footwear Design and Development occurred at Advanced Manufacturing Group / Callaway Golf in 2013. Berin also worked as a Footwear Design Apprentice at New Balance and as a Footwear Designer focused on Advanced Concepts at Columbia Sportswear Company between 2015 and 2016. Prior to these roles, experience in Graphic Design and Exhibit Creation was established at OMSI from 2009 to 2012.
