Run Perception Researcher II

Cris G. is a dedicated researcher with a strong background in neuroscience and product development, currently serving as a Run Perception Researcher I at Brooks Running since June 2021, where exploratory research on runner perception and product performance is led in collaboration with professional athletes. Prior experience includes conducting extensive wear tests as a Product Fit & Wear Test Analyst, and as a Graduate Researcher at Attention Lab, UCSB, focusing on the integration of augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR) for psychological research. Earlier roles include a Research Assistant at Hsiao Lab, UCLA, examining gut microbiota's role in serotonin biosynthesis, and contributing to neurovascular imaging research at UCLA's Neurovascular Imaging Research Core. Cris holds a Master's degree in Dynamical Neuroscience from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from UCLA, complemented by an Associate's degree from Irvine Valley College.
