David Bauer is a skilled facilities manager with extensive experience in operational leadership and warehouse management. Currently serving as the Facilities Manager at Brooks Running since June 2019, David also co-founded XLR8 Enterprises in 2011. Previous roles include Warehouse Manager at Ferguson Enterprises, where David successfully facilitated a new warehouse start-up, and Director of Distribution Operations at True Brands. With a long tenure at Sur La Table as Manager of Facilities and Manager of Direct Operations from January 2004 to April 2018, David has demonstrated a strong background in both facilities and distribution operations. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Evansville.
