Heidi Chang

Heidi Chang is an experienced financial leader in the footwear industry, currently serving as Director of Footwear Business and Costing at Brooks Running since November 2019. In this role, Heidi builds and leads the 3-Year Footwear Category P&L, overseeing long-term planning and margin optimization. Prior to this position, Heidi held various roles at Brooks Sports Inc., including Sr. Costing Manager, where expertise in product costing and technical guidance for manufacturing were key responsibilities, and Senior Footwear Product Developer. Heidi began career foundations in footwear product development at Brooks Sports Inc. in Taiwan and also has experience in finance as an Investment Advisor at Foster & Associates and a Personal Banker at TD Bank Group. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
