Iris Elsinga

Iris Elsinga is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the human resources field. Currently serving as the HR Business Partner for EMEA at Brooks Running since September 2022, Iris provides strategic HR guidance to managers and directors across multiple functions such as IT, Finance, eCommerce, and Marketing. Prior to this role, Iris held several positions at Hoya Vision Care, including HR Information System Manager and EMEA HR Project Manager, and at Hilton Amsterdam, where responsibilities grew from Human Resources Trainee to Human Resources Coordinator, overseeing recruitment and HR functions for Hilton entities in the Netherlands. Iris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality from Stenden Hogeschool Leeuwarden, earned in 2016.
