Robert Conradt

Robert Conradt currently serves as Vice President of Sourcing and Manufacturing at Brooks Running since February 2024. Prior to this role, Conradt accumulated extensive experience at Nike, where from 2013 onwards, roles included VP of Footwear Modernization and Operations and Sr. Director of Footwear Manufacturing Modernization and Operations, ensuring efficient operations across over 45 partner factories. Conradt also held positions as Director of Footwear Product Development Operations and Divisional Operations Director between July 2011 and September 2012, and as Product Creation Director from February 2005 to June 2008, overseeing the product creation process for Nike's $1.8 billion Performance Running business. Conradt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Southern Oregon University, studied at the University of Nevada, Reno, and began a career in the early 1980s.
