Michael Dixon

Michael Dixon is an experienced educator with a strong background in STEM and physics instruction. Currently serving as a Physics/STEM Teacher at Brooks School since July 2022, Michael has previously held positions as a STEM Teacher at Dearborn STEM Academy and as both Head of School and STEM Teacher at Cross Factor Academy. Additionally, Michael has academic experience as an Assistant Professor at Gordon College, an Examiner at Eqa at Mass Ed man. Audit Coun., and a Calculus/Physics Teacher at Jeremiah E Burke High School. Michael's teaching career began as an AP Physics/Science Teacher at Newton South High School and included a previous role as a Theology/Math/Science Teacher and Assistant Chaplain at Brooks School. Michael holds a PhD in Education-Curriculum and Instruction from Boston College, an MDiv in Christian Education from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and an SB in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
