Mike Newman is a retired Consultant Chemical Engineer currently working with Brookson Solutions Ltd since 2008, where they provide expertise in VCM plants, particularly for Ineos and EVC clients. Previously, they served as a Process Engineer at EVC (UK) Ltd from 1986 to 1994, focusing on the design and development of Vinyl Chloride Monomer facilities. From 1994 to 2007, Mike worked as a Licensing Engineer at Ineos Technology, creating technical proposals for new or modified VCM plants. They hold a BSc and PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Leeds, earned between 1964 and 1969.
