Cassy Plowchalk has a robust background in technical recruiting, currently serving as Recruiting Manager at Brooksource since March 2019, where responsibilities include managing and supporting the Charlotte technical recruiting team. Prior roles at Brooksource included Team Lead positions focusing on professional and senior technical recruiting, which involved a blend of recruiting and training for technical recruiters. Cassy began their career at LOFT, working through various roles from Sales Associate to Sales Lead. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with an Applied Language Concentration and a minor in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, earned between 2014 and 2018.
