Dominique Williams

Dominique Williams is a global BizOps and transformation leader with over 14 years of experience managing portfolios exceeding $800M and driving modernization programs in technology, financial services, and the public sector. They currently serve as a Master Scheduler and Senior Project Manager for Brooksource, leading a $300M Workers’ Compensation Systems Modernization initiative in Washington State. Previously, Dominique directed programs for the City of Seattle and played a key role in workforce modernization at Microsoft. They hold an MBA in Information Technology Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from Washington State University.
