Eliza Pierson

Eliza Pierson is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in account management and recruitment. Currently serving as an Account Executive and previously a Technical Recruiter at Brooksource since July 2022, Eliza has developed skills in client relations and technical talent acquisition. Prior experience includes a role as a Bartender at The Crystal from April 2021 to May 2022, and involvement with the recruitment team at The Ralph and Luci Schey Sales Centre from November 2019 to May 2022. Eliza also held leadership positions as Recruitment Chair and President for Chi Omega, Tau Alpha Chapter, from December 2019 to January 2022. A consultant for Funds4Food in June 2020, Eliza facilitated networking for the organization's leadership. Early career contributions include an internship at A Charming Fête and serving as an Ambassador for Secret Tea Society, where responsibilities included supporting the founder with logistics related to tea products. Eliza earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Ohio University in 2022, following graduation from Hudson High School in 2018.
