Gillian Malafronte

Gillian Malafronte has a diverse work experience. Gillian started their career as an Office Intern at Griswold Home Care from May 2016 to August 2017. In May 2018, they served as a Sustainability Intern at Greenwich Country Day School. Following that, from September 2018 to May 2019, they worked as an Environmental Education and Youth Outreach Coordinator at Keep Alachua County Beautiful. In January 2019, they became a Student Fundraiser at Ruffalo Noel Levitz for five months.

Later in July 2019, they joined Brooksource as a Technical Recruiter. In this role, they specialized in the placement of IT professionals and handled the full recruiting life cycle. Gillian'sresponsibilities included sourcing potential talent, screening and placing candidates, reviewing resumes, and coaching candidates through the interview process. From March 2020 to August 2021, they worked as an Account Executive at Brooksource. In this role, they demonstrated their sales skills and managed client accounts. Recently, they have been promoted to the position of Sales Team Lead at Brooksource starting from January 2023.
