Mara Kelpin

Mara Kelpin has extensive experience in recruitment, currently serving as a Professional Internal Recruiter and Recruiter Lead at Eight Eleven Group since 2017, working with brands such as Brooksource and Medasource. With a focus on recruiting top talent, Mara has contributed to the growth of Brooksource's Healthcare Division since November 2015. Previously, as a Professional Healthcare Recruiter at Medasource from 2013 to 2016, responsibilities included nationwide recruitment efforts and managing key accounts. Mara's career began with sales training at Medtronic/Covidien and roles in web administration and advertising during earlier internships. Mara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Indiana University Bloomington, earned in 2011.
