National Delivery Lead (ambassador Program) at Brooksource

Michael Abbattista has a diverse work experience across multiple companies and roles. Michael began their career as a Tennis Pro at Westfield Tennis Club from 2008 to 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at ARI, where they developed a Stay Interview process and led focus group discussions. Also in 2012, they worked as a Coordinator for Appalachian Experience at Saint Joseph's University, overseeing student volunteers and coordinating work sites.

From 2013 onwards, Michael joined Brooksource, starting as a Recruiter and eventually progressing to the role of Senior Recruiter. In this position, they located and recruited IT talent, screened candidates, and coached them through the interview process. Michael then took on the role of Technical Recruiter - Team Lead, where they managed a team of recruiters, ensured their performance aligned with the company's goals, and provided training and onboarding for new hires. After that, they served as an Account Executive and a Professional Recruiter before transitioning to their current role as National Delivery Lead (Ambassador Program) since 2022 at Brooksource.

Throughout their work experience, Michael demonstrated a range of skills in recruitment, team leadership, program coordination, and human resources.

Michael Abbattista completed their Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Saint Joseph's University in 2013. Prior to that, they attended Westfield Senior High School from 2005 to 2009. In addition, Michael has obtained several certifications in tech recruiting from Recruiting Innovation in 2022, including 2.0 Front End Engineering, 2.0 Back End Engineering, 2.0 UX Design, Tech Recruiting DevOps Engineers, and Tech Recruiting Product Managers.
