Mitch Thomas

Mitch Thomas has extensive experience in sales enablement, currently serving as the Director of Sales Enablement at Brooksource since August 2011. In this role, Mitch is responsible for enhancing the Sales Enablement practice, providing ongoing training to Account Executives and Sales Leaders, and aligning the sales team with customer needs to boost buyer engagement. Mitch has also managed the sales tech stack to improve productivity and represent the sales organization in revenue operations. Previous positions at Brooksource include Sales Enablement Manager, Market Director for Tennessee, Senior Account Executive, and Account Executive. Earlier in Mitch's career, an internship as a Technical Recruiter was completed at DIXON, HUBARD, FEINOUR & BROWN, INC. Mitch holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from The Ohio State University.
