Peter Herms has extensive experience in the information technology and staffing industry, currently serving as the Manager of Enterprise Systems at Brooksource since August 2011. In this leadership role, Peter builds strategic partnerships within the ERP and CRM sectors and formulates go-to-market strategies that align with customer investments. Previously, Peter held several key positions at Brooksource, including National Account Manager, Director of Wisconsin Operations, Account Executive, Senior Recruiter, and Technical Recruiter, focusing on delivering high-quality service and talent matches for clients. Before joining Brooksource, Peter interned at Hatch Staffing Services. Peter earned a degree in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2011.
