Rachel Gerson

Rachel Gerson is a Senior Content Designer with extensive experience in content strategy, UX writing, and project management. They have led content design initiatives for both Aalto and Expedia, simplifying complex product information into accessible copy while advocating for user-centric practices. Rachel has a background in corporate training and education, enhancing their ability to deliver engaging workshops and presentations. Currently, Rachel creates educational content focused on lifestyle changes for managing Fibromyalgia symptoms and serves as a consultant at Brooksource, where they lead content design for the Fidget design system. They hold multiple degrees, including a Master’s from Concordia University Chicago.
