Brookstone Partners invests in businesses with revenues ranging from $20 million to $100 million with an EBITDA from $2.5 million to $10 million. The group has made investments in light industrial, distribution, technology and consumer products companies. The firm focuses on recapitalization, management buy-out, and growth capital transactions.

Brookstone’s strategy is to invest in companies that offer significant opportunities for value creation through internal growth, strategic acquisitions and improvements in operating performance.
