Michael Marsh is an experienced IT professional currently serving in the North Dakota Army National Guard since June 2023. Prior to this, Michael worked at Brosz Engineering as IT Support since May 2020. Additional experience includes serving as an IT Personal Systems Technician at Sanford Health from February 2019 to April 2020, and a Technical Support co-op position with NISC in collaboration with Capital Electric during the summer of 2019. Michael also contributed as Manufacturing Support at TMI Systems Corporation in the summer of 2018. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management from the University of Mary, completed in 2020, and graduated from Trinity High School in 2017.

Since 1982, Brosz Engineering strives to build a strong reputation for developing quality yet economical civil engineering and surveying solutions for our diverse clientele base. Operating as a professional engineering practice, Brosz specializes in providing services for municipal, county, federal, state, and tribal governments. The firm also serves oil and energy clients and private developers. Planning and engineering projects for private sector clients include commercial, industrial, mixed-use, and residential developments. We deliver projects from concept to completion in all aspects including surveying, right-of-way acquisition, design, environmental coordination, bid documents preparation, bid letting, and project close-out. A large portion of our work focuses on construction engineering services which includes administration, field observation, construction staking, materials testing, asphalt and concrete mix designs, permitting, and more. Most of our office locations contain certified materials testing labs with the ability to perform aggregate gradations, soil density testing, asphalt QC/QA testing, and concrete testing. Our strength is in our people, with over 100 team members located across seven offices. Our engineered solutions are founded on what most of our clients tell us are their top three priorities - quality, time, and cost. Brosz clearly understands the importance our clients place on these three attributes. But above all, the Brosz team places customer service as our highest priority, and we believe our success is ultimately measured in terms of customer satisfaction.
