Brady Sharp

Brady Sharp has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Brady is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of BroThrow, where they researched, designed, developed, tested, and launched a social sports betting platform. Brady manages all aspects of site operations, including feature development, marketing, customer service, financial reporting, and investor relations.

Prior to this, Brady worked at Walmart as the Director of Finance - Walmart US, overseeing capital expenditures and supporting food merchandising strategy. Brady was also a Senior Manager II of Finance at Walmart US, where they identified and addressed financial issues and led a team to deliver results.

Brady also held the position of Vice President of Technology & Operations at Lauren James, where they led a team responsible for IT systems, distribution center operations, and print press division. Brady implemented Oracle NetSuite and integrated a new warehouse management system to improve order processing efficiency.

Before that, they worked at FFO Home as a Senior Manager in Finance & Human Resources and as a Manager in Finance & Operations. In these roles, they led various initiatives to improve financial processes, reduce risk, and streamline reporting. Brady also provided key financial analysis during a private equity acquisition.

Brady started their career as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Arkansas and later worked as an Adjunct Lecturer at Colorado Mountain College. Brady also gained experience in mountain safety operations at Vail Resorts and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Central Arkansas.

Additionally, Brady interned at FFO Home in Finance & Operations and at Acxiom Corporation in marketing.

Brady Sharp completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Economics at the University of Arkansas from 2012 to 2013. Prior to this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mathematics at the University of Central Arkansas from 2010 to 2011. Brady initially obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics from the University of Central Arkansas, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
