Michael Maxwell is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in finance and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Head of Reporting & Business Intelligence at Brown Advisory since June 2013, Michael has honed expertise in managing operations and analyzing business intelligence. Previous experience includes roles as an Interest Rate Derivative Analyst at Morgan Stanley, where Michael developed trade position harmonization processes, and as a Brokerage Specialist Intern at Porter & Curtis, LLC, focusing on risk management strategies. Michael's foundational experience also includes financial reporting at AmerisourceBergen and team supervision at Procacci Brothers Sales Corporation.
