John Regal

John Regal is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in business development and public affairs. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Brown & Brown since March 2022 and as President of Regal Strategies LLC since January 2022, Regal has a strong background in management and finance. Previously, Regal held senior leadership roles at Securian Financial, including Senior Director of Public Affairs and Director of Risk Management & Local Government Affairs, from January 1999 to December 2021. Regal began a career in public service as a Management Assistant with the City of Saint Paul from May 1988 to December 1998. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and an MBA in Management from the University of St. Thomas.
