Steve Marrow

Steve Marrow is a Partner at Brown & Brown, where they co-lead the retirement program consulting practice and advise clients on retirement program and executive benefits strategy. They previously held various senior roles at Fidelity Investments, including Senior Vice President, where they led teams in consulting on pension asset strategies and retirement programs for large organizations. Prior to Fidelity, Steve was a Managing Consultant at Mercer, advising on pension and executive benefit strategies, and served as Partner at McQuade Incorporated. They hold a B.A. in Chemistry and Economics from Bowdoin College and an MBA in Finance from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
