Emily Ham is a Chartered Rural Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer with extensive experience in the real estate industry. Having served as Director at Adkin from 2007 to 2025, Emily progressed from a graduate surveyor to leadership while specializing in rural property valuations and agricultural subsidies. Currently, as a Divisional Partner at Brown&Co LLP since the merger in April 2025, Emily focuses on managing rural business sites and navigating complex agrienvironmental schemes and grant funding. Emily holds a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Nottingham and a Postgraduate Degree in Surveying with Distinction from the University College of Estate Management, along with qualifications from RICS and CAAV.
