Andrew Simon is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in organizational performance, talent development, and compensation strategies. Currently serving as the VP, Director of Organizational Performance, HR Innovation, and People Systems at Brown-Forman since March 2008, Andrew has successfully guided the evolution of HR strategy to enhance employee experience and drive digital transformation. Previous roles at Brown-Forman include leadership positions in corporate functions and global brands, focusing on talent management, diversity and inclusion, and total rewards. Andrew's earlier career includes significant positions at Whirlpool and Capital One Financial, specializing in executive and international compensation programs. Andrew holds a BSBA in Human Resources from The Ohio State University.
