Derek Epps

Derek Epps is an experienced marketing professional with a strong focus on multicultural and lifestyle marketing. Currently serving as the Region Multicultural & Lifestyle Marketing Manager at Brown-Forman, Derek previously held the role of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Collaborator at Saterman Connect. During a lengthy tenure at E. & J. Gallo Winery, Derek advanced through various positions, including Events & Multicultural Partnerships Manager and Multicultural Marketing Manager, where responsibilities included developing strategic marketing frameworks and managing event partnerships.
