Joel Blackerby

Joel Blackerby is a seasoned security professional with over 28 years of experience in both federal government and corporate security sectors. They have served as the Director of Corporate Security at Constellation Brands from 2016 to 2024 and are currently the Director of Global Security at Brown-Forman. Previously, Joel worked as a Senior Resident Agent with the U.S. Secret Service from 1996 to 2016. They also operate as a high-level security consultant, offering expertise in threat management and assessment, and have developed a state-of-the-art lockdown system. Joel holds a B.S. in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Ferrum College.
