Kim Smart

Kim Smart is an experienced human resources professional with a extensive background in global compensation and rewards. Since July 2004, Kim has served as the Director for EMEA Total Reward at Brown-Forman Corporation, previously holding the position of HR Director for Europe. Prior to this, Kim was the Head of HR International at Atkins Consulting from January 2000 to June 2004, and spent nearly two decades at Balfour Beatty Plc as the Divisional HR Manager for the UK and International.
