Michael Obi

Michael Obi is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and business partnering. Currently serving as a Senior Finance Analyst at Philip Morris International since September 2017, Michael oversees the Pan African start-up, coordinating operations across 38 Sub-Saharan African markets and managing key financial reporting for external investors. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Pricing Analyst at Brown-Forman and as a Sales Analyst at reed.co.uk, where responsibilities included providing sales teams with critical KPI information and supporting management with performance reporting. Michael began the finance career as an Audit Semi-Senior at BDO LLP, gaining valuable experience in auditing and compliance for diverse clients. Michael holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Birmingham.
