Stuart Simms is a seasoned trial lawyer and partner at Brown, Goldstein & Levy, LLP, with nearly 20 years of litigation experience and a strong background in public service, having served as Baltimore's chief prosecutor and the Secretary of the Maryland Department of Public Safety. Simms' extensive governmental experience includes leadership roles in the Maryland Department of Juvenile Services and the Office of the State's Attorney, overseeing significant criminal justice systems and a large staff. Earlier career positions include Assistant U.S. Attorney and Staff Counsel for U.S. Senator Paul Sarbanes. Simms holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA in Government from Dartmouth College.
