Brown Law and Consulting, PLLC is a mediation and ADR law firm.  Firm personnel serve as mediators for disputes before and during litigation, and also conduct or assist in investigating and resolving workplace complaints.  The firm is available to train managers and staff on workplace laws, including harassment prevention, legal issues of supervision and a variety of other employment law topics. The firm also provides Title IX investigation support and consulting services to colleges and universities on risk management, student affairs, and faculty employment issues.
