Ashley Schieck is a legal professional with extensive experience in academia and practice. Currently serving as Clinical Adjunct Faculty at Texas A&M University School of Law since January 2024, Ashley has also held the position of Senior Counsel at Brown, P.C. since November 2021. Previously, Ashley worked at Tarleton State University from August 2010 to December 2023, advancing from Adjunct Instructor to Assistant Professor and finally to Associate Professor of Tax & Business Law. Early career experience includes roles as a Tax Attorney at Brown, P.C. from November 2010 to August 2012 and as a Tax Associate at Kelly Hart & Hallman from September 2008 to August 2010. Ashley holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from SMU Dedman School of Law (2005-2008) and a BBA/Master of Accountancy in Accounting from Baylor University (2000-2005).
