Ashley Hershey

Ashley Hershey has a robust background in accounting, beginning with an internship at RLH CPAs & Business Advisors, LLC in May 2012, and ascending through various roles including Junior Accountant, Semi-Senior Accountant, Senior Accountant, and ultimately Supervisor by May 2019. Key responsibilities at RLH included overseeing audit planning, conducting audit tests, reviewing nonprofit filings, preparing complex tax returns, and mentoring new team members. Following the merger of RLH into Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz in June 2019, Ashley transitioned to Brown Plus, where roles included Manager and then Senior Manager, leading to the current position as Principal beginning January 2025. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Personal Financial Planning and an MBA, both from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
