David Hernley is a Principal Emeritus at Brown Plus, where David has worked since December 1980, specializing in accounting, auditing, and tax services for closely held businesses and nonprofit organizations. Hernley serves as Director of Accounting and Auditing and chairs the Accounting and Auditing Committee at the firm. Additionally, since September 2015, Hernley has been the Director and Board Treasurer for Landis Communities and Landis Quality Living, chairing the Finance Committee. Hernley is also a founder and Treasurer of Overcomers Mission Schools, contributing since 1997, and held the positions of President, Director, and Treasurer at Philhaven from 1994 to 2010, successfully completing the search for a new CEO during their presidency. Hernley earned an AB in Accounting from Franklin & Marshall College between 1975 and 1979.
