Chris Lannin

Chris Lannin is the VP of Business Development at Brown & Settle. Chris has over 20 years of experience in the homebuilding industry, including Senior Business Development Manager at Allan Myers, Senior Director of Land Development at Brookfield Homes, Director of Operations at Lennar, and Director of Planning and Engineering at KSI Services, Inc. (Kettler). Chris has a proven track record of success in all aspects of homebuilding, from land acquisition and development to home construction and sales. Chris is a creative thinker with a passion for problem-solving, and they are always looking for new and innovative ways to improve the homebuilding process.

Chris Lannin has an MBA in Management from the Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.

Chris Lannin reports to Chris Kete, CEO. They are on a team with Michael L. Brown - Co-Founder & President, Carl Lechner - Director of Business Development, and Pierre-Luc Chicoine - Chief Financial Officer.
