Gregory T. Settle

Tommy attended Virginia Military Institute and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 2002. Tommy interned at Owens & Dove, a site development company, during college. After graduation, Tommy worked for The Anderson Company as a project engineer before co-founding B&S Site Development with Mike Brown in 2003. Tommy’s skill in contract negotiations, estimating and project management has enabled the substantial growth of B&S while controlling costs, particularly overhead. Tommy currently manages Estimating, Project Management and Administration for B&S.
