Michael L. Brown

Mike attended Virginia Military Institute (VMI) and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 1997. He served in the U.S. military as an Army officer for several years after graduation. Mike worked as a professional civil engineer for Richmond Engineering and as a project manager for WVS Companies. Mike founded B&S Site Development in 2003 with his partner Tommy Settle. His reputation for getting the job done and keeping the customer happy is a result of discipline in project management and his ability to identify and resolve potential deficits in operational assets. This is evidenced by the vertically integrated sister companies created to support B&S. Mike currently manages all field operations for B&S Site Development with over 150 total field staff under his direction.
