Samuel Masters has worked for several companies in the construction industry. From 2022 to present, they have been a Project Superintendent for Brown & Settle Inc. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2022, they held the roles of Assistant Superintendent, Project Engineer, Field Engineer, Utilities Assistant Superintendent, and Utilities APM for Allan Myers Inc. In 2017, they were also a Utilities Assistant Superintendent and Utilities APM for FAM Construction, LLC. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Project Engineer Intern for The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western. Lastly, from 2014 to 2015, they were a Project Estimator for Sunoco.
Samuel Masters completed their high school education at Andover High School, graduating with a High School Diploma in 2012. Samuel then attended Drexel University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management in 2016. Additionally, they have obtained numerous certifications, including Firefighter I & II from the Virginia Department of Fire Programs in 2019, Nuclear Gauge Safety & US DOT Hazmat Certification from the Amerian Portable Nuclear Gauge Association in 2018, Procore Certified: Associate and Engineer from Procore Technologies in 2016, OSHA 30-Hour from the Occupational Safety and Hazard Administration in 2014, VDOT Intermediate Work Zone Traffic Control Training and Flagging Certification from the Virginia Department of Transportation in 2017, First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in 2016, BLS from the American Heart Association, CPR/AED/First Aid from the American Heart Association, Confined Space Entry and Supervisor from United Rentals, ESCCC from the Virginia Department of Transportation, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) from the Virginia Department of Health - Office of Family Health Services, Excavation Safety from United Rentals, and Maryland Green Card from Maryland DES.
