Mark Daniel Smith

Mark Daniel Smith is currently a Special Counsel at BrownGreer PLC, a position held since 2012. Prior to this, they served as a Vice President & Senior Title Counsel at Virginia Title Company from 2003 to 2008, following their role as Title Counsel from 2001 to 2003. Mark held various legal positions, including Associate Attorney at Robert G. Clements, P.C. and Attorney/Partner at Goshorn, Haislip & Smith, P.C. They earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Richmond School of Law in 1992 and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Radford University, graduating magna cum laude.
