Nick Phalen currently serves as a Development Associate at Browning Real Estate Partners since December 2024. Previously, Nick held the position of Analyst for Multifamily Acquisitions and Capital at Lauth Group, Inc. from June 2022 to December 2024. Nick co-founded and presided over the Ball State Commercial Real Estate Club from September 2020 to May 2022, focusing on educating members about industry opportunities and facilitating networking with industry leaders. Nick also gained experience as a Business Development Construction Intern at G3 Construction Group, Inc. from April 2021 to April 2022, and as a Commercial Real Estate Intern at Zeller during the summer of 2020. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Ball State University’s Miller College of Business.
