Janetta Lien is the Director of Enrollment and Assistant Head of School at The Browning School, where they advocate for boys' education, equity and inclusion, and science learning. From 2016 to 2023, Janetta served as an Action Research Team Advisor for the International Boys' Schools Coalition, guiding international researchers through various stages of their action research projects. Janetta began their educational career at St. David's School as a Science Faculty member and Seventh Grade Chair from 2000 to 2004. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Geology and Music from Bowdoin College and a Master of Arts in Secondary School Science Education from Teachers College of Columbia University.
