Jeff Bower is the Director of PreConstruction at Browning Construction, a position held since 2004. They previously owned Bower Construction Concepts, Inc. from 1995 to 2000 and served as a Senior Estimator at both HCB Contractors (1985-1993) and Shiel Sexton (2001-2002). Before that, Jeff worked as a Carpenter/General Superintendent at Dexter Construction from 1975 to 1985 and was the Director of Pre Construction at TCI Design Build Contractors/Developers from 1993 to 1995.
