Arpit Agrawal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries.

In 2011, Arpit started their career at Accenture as a Functional Test Lead and Senior Test Analyst. Arpit held this role until 2014, where they then transitioned into the role of Program Defect Manager for a few months before becoming an Automation/Innovation Test Lead in 2015. Arpit remained in this position until 2019.

In 2019, they joined Eaton as a Senior Automation Engineer, specializing in IOT and Cloud technologies. Arpit worked in this role until 2020.

After leaving Eaton, Arpit joined NICE Ltd in 2020 as a Specialist Engineer, focusing on Test Automation, DevOps, and Cloud Infrastructure. Arpit worked at NICE Ltd until 2021.

Currently, Arpit is employed at BrowserStack. Arpit initially joined the company as a Customer Engineering Specialist in January 2022 and later transitioned into the role of Customer Engineering Lead for Commercial, Inbound, and SMB in the Americas. As of now, they continue to work in this position.

Arpit Agrawal obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, which they attended from 2007 to 2011. These certifications include "Creating Your Sales Process," "Empathy for Sales Professionals," "Managing Your Sales Process," "Solution Sales," and "Technical Sales: The Role of the Sales Engineer" from LinkedIn, which were obtained in January 2022. Arpit also holds the certification of "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" from Microsoft, acquired in June 2020. Furthermore, Arpit has obtained several certifications in TOSCA software testing from Tricentis, including "TOSCA Automation Specialist Level 2," "TOSCA Automation Specialist Level 1," "TOSCA Test Design Specialist Level 1," and "TOSCA Test Design Specialist Level 2," all achieved in November 2017.
