Bharat Pandey

Bharat Pandey has a diverse work experience in various industries. Bharat currently works as a Senior Customer Success Specialist at BrowserStack since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Client Relationship Manager at ARCON from December 2020 to February 2022. Before that, Bharat worked as a Strategic Account Manager at eClinicalWorks from February 2018 to December 2020. Bharat also has experience as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Tech Mahindra Business Services from July 2016 to September 2017, and at WNS Global Services SA from January 2013 to February 2014.

Bharat Pandey completed their high school education at North Bombay Welfare Society High School from 1994 to 2004, obtaining a High School Diploma in the field of High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. Bharat then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from Shah And Anchor Kutchhi Engineering College, graduating in 2012.

Subsequently, Bharat pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Bharathiar University, completing their studies from 2015 to 2017. Bharat later obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Information Technology from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) between 2021 and 2023.

In terms of additional certifications, Bharat Pandey has obtained various qualifications, including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, ITIL Foundation Level from PeopleCert, and certifications in Sales: Closing Strategies, Business Analytics, Tableau Desktop, and Querying Data with Transact-SQL from Simplilearn.
