Ishaan Murlidharan

Ishaan Murlidharan has work experience in various roles and companies. Ishaan currently works at BrowserStack as a Senior Business Development Representative since March 2021.

Prior to that, they worked at Firstsource from February 2012 to July 2013 as a Sr Customer Service Representative. Ishaan'sresponsibilities included resolving customer complaints for Optus clients, handling escalations, and conducting training activities.

Ishaan Murlidharan completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Mahatma Education Societys Pillais Institute of Management Studies & Research between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai. In February 2021, they also obtained certification in IELTS from the British Council.
