Jacky Chung

Jacky Chung is an experienced design professional currently employed at BrowserStack, serving in a full-time capacity since June 2024. Prior to this role, Jacky co-founded Bird Eats Bug in July 2019, where responsibilities included serving as Chief Product Officer, focusing on simplifying bug reporting and fixing for developers. From August 2016 to October 2018, Jacky held dual titles of Design Lead and Head of Design at BCG Digital Ventures, contributing to venture incubation and commercialization projects with a focus on sustainable agriculture through Atfarm. Additionally, Jacky worked as a Senior Designer at Map Project Office from February 2013 to July 2016, specializing in strategy-led industrial design. Jacky holds a Master of Arts and a Master of Science in Innovation Design Engineering from the Royal College of Art and Imperial College London, respectively.
