Senior Lead - Customer Success at BrowserStack

Javed Momin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Javed began their career at Propellum as a Technical Support Engineer, where they interacted with clients from major job boards and provided technical assistance to account managers and sales representatives. After their time at Propellum, Javed joined Infobip as an Enterprise Support Engineer, where they provided technical assistance to clients regarding messaging services and monitored SMS messaging services. Javed then moved on to LRN as a Partner Support, where they provided assistance to internal and external customers on LRN's proprietary SaaS applications and conducted webinars for clients and internal teams. Currently, Javed is working at BrowserStack as a Customer Success Manager, where they are responsible for onboarding and training new customers, giving personalized product demos, and creating opportunities in the assigned customer portfolio. Javed has recently been promoted to the role of Team Lead in the Customer Success team.

Javed Momin pursued their education with a focus on Information Technology. Javed first attended BGIT, Bombay Central from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Diploma in Computer Engineering. Javed then enrolled at the University of Mumbai from 2009 to 2013 to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a specialization in Information Technology. In terms of additional certifications, Javed Momin obtained certifications in "Business Fundamentals for Customer Success Managers," "High-Stakes Communication," and "Sales: Customer Success" from LinkedIn in January 2022.
