Karan Kapoor has had a diverse work experience. Karan started their career as a Sales and Marketing Intern at BHANDARI AUTOMOBILES PVT. LTD. in May 2019. During this time, they worked closely with a Sales and Marketing representative, performing daily activities of a salesman and learning about customer relationships and lead generation.

In 2020, Karan joined Wipro Limited as a Customer Service Consultant from October 2020 to February 2021. Karan 'srole involved providing customer service and support.

Since 2021, Karan has been working at BrowserStack, a software testing platform. Karan initially joined as a Sales Development Representative, handling in-bound sales, from March 2021 to August 2021. Karan then moved on to the role of Business Development Representative - Demand Generation from August 2021 to March 2022. Following that, they became a Senior Business Development Representative and is currently holding the position. As a Senior BDR, they are responsible for US Enterprise Account Development, working with notable clients and helping them deliver quality software through BrowserStack's cloud-based testing platform.
